EMERGE is a dynamic three-year leadership development program that starts in your first year. It’s designed for students who want to grow as individuals, lead with purpose, and make a real impact at Nelson Mandela University and beyond. The program focuses on self-awareness, personal leadership, safety, responsibility, and living out the Nelson Mandela University values, while building a strong foundation aligned with Nelson Mandela University’s Graduate Attributes.
Through interactive workshops, honest conversations, and practical challenges, EMERGE gives you the space to:
