Vision:
The vision of the IOPS is to be an academic society that provides a wholistic support to its members - in liaison with the department it represents.
To enable IOP students ‘to experience the best of the department and the field of IOP by preparing them for life as a professional, offering assistance and raising awareness about the profession of IOP.
The Industrial and Organisational Psychology Society is a student- run organisation that aims to educate students about the profession of IOP by answering queries they may have about the profession, providing opportunities for students to interact with one another through events and campaigns the society holds and encourage students to be active participants in giving back to the community.
